I asked Al to to do a charcoal portrait of one of our cats. I sent him a jpeg picture and 3-4 days later he had completed it. He did a very nice job of capturing the spirit of the cat as well as her appearance. This was a gift and the recipient raves about it. The mechanics of emailing the picture and paying with PayPal all worked without any issues. I will definitely ask Al for help in the future. George
