Here you will find my works in progress. I might be working on a portrait in charcoal, ink or who knows maybe oils. Perhaps sketching the landscape outdoors or maybe doing cartoons.

I continue working gradually adding a few things. Though, they may not be noticeable. I defined the porch and gave it some depth by defining the screen door and the boards on the front wall. I have also painted the columns mostly white and some gray.

I have added the branches on each side of the porch and established the siding and the downspout
I’m currently working on another painting. As you can tell it’s at the beginning stage. This stage is the most important part of the painting process. I will take questions about this painting. You can write me here
PS The house picture at the top of the page is my old former house on top of a hill, hence the artist on the hill

“The Sons of Noah” is done. Oil on canvas. 16x 20. In reality the first son Shem was nearly 100 years old and the other brothers, Ham and Japheth were just a few years younger at the time of the Great Flood. However, I preferred to stick to the popular youthful appearance of the brothers. I tried to depict the muddy mess that they might’ve encountered on earth when disembarking from the Ark. The olive tree is on the right. This is the tree that the dove got the olive leaf from and returned to Noah. But, why did God destroy the people of earth at that time? Here is the explanation: “And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually” Genesis 6:5 Doesn’t it sound familiar and related to our times? Noah and his family were the only survivors.
I have defined the clothe and their face features, as well as the arms. The three of them are looking at the repercussions left by the great flood.

This is a new painting I’m working on. It’s about the sons of Noah. In fact it’s titled: “The Sons of Noah”. Each of my paintings is a story. The story of Noah’s Ark is an incredible story.

I just finished this painting titled “Fallscape On The Coast”
I just did this watercolor for a friend of mine. It’s Methuselah the man who lived the longest. He died at the age of 969.

I did a quick sketch of the Pearson House in Stanwood. A Victorian era home built in 1890. I used markers for this sketch.

My latest digital work is done. This is the story of Ludicrous Lily the sensitive skinned cow. She carries a red parasol to protect herself from the sun when she’s floating around with her cow friends. Can you identify Lily in the picture?
Floating cows. Have you ever thought about cubic cows floating in air? Me neither. But I came up with this idea and I gotta finish. I just started working on this interesting digital painting.

So I went out yesterday and noticed the leaves on the trees are starting to turn orange and yellow. So I made a quick sketch. I realize how close to Autumn we are. The nights are a bit nippy.

It took me a while to do this digital drawing, but it was fun. I hope you like it.

I went for a drive in the rural area where I live and found this nice house and its barn. I decided to go home and make a drawing of it using my laptop’s digital tools. I much prefer to do it freehand. However, I admit the artwork looks good. Now, I just need to add color…digitally.

Wow! you are amazing! You should really do more art for us please?!
